the Communists, we are expecting that our friends will

excuse us. We are like the dumb man in the proverb, who

tasted "Wong Lin" and knew its bitterness and could not

utter a word. We may be permitted to give this as our

excuse.

In the present situation, all our disputes have

been removed. Since our Comrades in Wuhan have advised

in their previous telegram that orders have been issued

to have all the Communists eliminated from the Kuomintang,

we have only to reorganize our Party with a view to unity,

and factional disputes will no longer exist. It is

advisable to convene the 4th General Conference (of the

Executive Committee and the Inspectorate) and the 3rd

Grand Representative Conference with a view to an early

settlement of our questions. Now Nanking has met, Wuhan

has made its resolution, and we are keeping our rooms

clean pending your arrival. Our Comrades at Wuhan should

keep the promise they have made in April, and we here

should hand over the beloved Capital of our late President.

Our leading members in Wuhan may come and assume the

reign of Government, and we shall work under their

directions, so that serious blunders may be prevented.

Now the Communists have all been eliminated; no

question will arise in connection with the discipline of our Kuomintang, but we should devote ourselves to our great policy of exterminating the militarists. What we need badly is the co-operation of the Executive Committee

and the Inspectorate all in one place, and the efforts of

our loyal members to defend our nation. Our troops have requested Yam Chiu (Li Tsai Sham) to safeguard South China

and are looking up to Mang Shiu (Tong Shang Chi) to expel

all
